Kev Hickman

Since first sitting on a drum kit at 16, Kev Hickman’s career has been one characterised by hard work and determination. His early professional years included tours all over the UK and Europe,  Kev then went on to become one of the founding members of RavenEye and with them he toured extensively worldwide including supports of Slash, Deep Purple and Joe Satriani. He is now a member of award-winning UK blues rock band Catfish as well as an active session musician.

His drumming has been described as ‘powerful’, ‘passionate’ and ‘inspiring’ and has received praise from the press and industry professionals. Kev has taught drums at various workshops all across the country, teaches at and also co-owns Milton Keynes based music school, Rhythm Room.

Kev plays a Natal Originals Ash series kit, consisting of 24” Kick, 13” Tom, 16” Floor Tom in Black Swirl .
