Paul Ewins

As the drummer for Scottish indie-punk band Gallus, Paul Ewins provides the relentless pounding beats that lights the fuse for energetic live performances.

Since first starting to play drums during school at age 11, Paul became a founding member of the band in 2017. They stepped everything up a notch in 2018 with the recordings of their debut singles before selling out their headline show at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow the following year.

Gallus have quickly developed a fearsome reputation as an energetic and entertaining live band. They have performed across the UK, at TRNSMT festival and have been selected as a Great Escape First Fifty artist to watch as they prepare for upcoming releases as part of the Marshall Records roster.
